Acetic Acids are synthetic solvent for gums, resins and volatile oils. Occurs naturally in apples, cheese, cocoa, grapes, skimmed milk, oranges, peaches, pineapples, strawberries and others. Synthetic form caused cancer in rats and mice when given orally or by injection.
