Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride - Synthetic derivative of ammonium chloride used as preservative, surfactant, germidicdes, sanitizers, antiseptics and deodorants. Concentrations low as 0.1 percent are irritating to the eye and mucous membranes. Ingestion can be fatal.
